Court Shows Madonna No Mercy

Madonna's adoption request was REJECTED by a judge in Malawi today.
To adopt in Malawi there is a residency requirement of18-24months.
At the hearing, the judge said child welfare officers are required to find
suitable prospective parents and "not someone who just flies in and out." In
terms of the child, "I think the welfare of Chifundo [African for 'Mercy'] will
be better served if she grows within the environment of the culture of Malawi,"
she said.
There's no word on whether Madge will appeal.
If this woman puts her life on hold and moves to Malawi for 18 months to get this little girl I will never say another bad thing about her. If she keeps appealing the court and gets her way, or decides to go to another Country where there's no residency requirement, then I will go on assuming she's just the same old spoiled hag I assume she is now.
Time will tell...

i'm torn with this, I think she should have to go by the rules in all fairness to all other adoptive parents but the child has a better chance living with Madonna in the satae all the money and opportunity

I don't think there should be rules against this. GD courts....this kid just missed a big opportunity.
