Madonna has a new adoption court date set, the court will hear the appeal on May 4th. She doesn't have to be there for the hearing so you can bet she won't be.
In other Madonna news, she was thrown off a horse this weekend, don't blame the horse as we all would have done the same. Her rep says Madge was leaping over hurdles and the horse got startled by paparazzi activity and she fell off.
The photog, Thomas Hinton, says otherwise. He says he was up the road shooting and then he left, he only came back because he heard Madonna had had an accident. He said, "If I had startled the horse, I would have gotten pictures!". That's true people would pay money to see Heman be thrown from a horse, there's no way a pap would miss that opportunity.
Whatever, all is well, Madge was in and out of the hospital the same day and only suffered scrapes and bruises.
