At the last court hearing Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, was granted a delay and Chris is due back in court on May 28th.
Geragos also indicated that he is planning to file a motion to dismiss the
charge after a police leak in the investigation, wherein Rihanna's beaten and
battered photo surfaced onto the Internet.
It's ridiculous that this is even being entertained.

If this gets thrown out then I would say it's time for a complete review of the legal system in the States. It has been time for that up here for a long time.
Criminals get the wrong bread at lunch time up here and they're out!
Terry Nichols, the Oklahoma City bomber who killed 164 people that included many children, is complaining that the food in prison is making him constipated. Aw, I bet the mothers and fathers who lost their children would like to give him a nice battery acid enema.
