Madonna has won her adoption appeal in Malawi.
It doesn't look like Madonna will be travelling to Malawi to get Mercy but a private jet is being arranged for Mercy's travel from Malawi to New York.
The paperwork is expected to take 3-5 days to complete.
Congrats to Madonna on the victory, it's ultimately a victory for this little girl.

this kills me...nice of you to go and pick up your little girl personally, you know, cause i'm sure she's absoluetly comfortable with all of this change.
don't get me wrong though, i do think the little one will be much better in madonna's care (well madonna's nannies' care), i just can't believe the mothering skills madonna has

and I totally agree with D...way to make the transistion an easy smooth one madge...casue I'm sure the wee one is so used to strangers and private jets and all
d, you mean the mothering skill she does't have. It seems awfully cold to me too but since she will be raised by nannies, it might be best to send them to fetch her. M is too busy screwing her other child, Jesus.
Nice to see all you cared about was winning the little girl. She should pick her up she has so much money - this makes me sad
