Lindsay Lohan had an early 23rd birthday celebration in Las Vegas, it may look like it was sponsored by www.dresslikeacokedouthooker.com but it wasn't.
It was held poolside at Wet Republic in the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. That kind of explains the outfit but not really.
