Chris Brown and Rihanna were driving from Clive Davis' pre Grammy party Late on Saturday night when they started to argue, the fight escalated, Brown pulled over and the couple got out of the car. The LA Times:
A witness called 911, but Brown was gone when officers arrived at the scene.
The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker,
according to police.
While the LA Times is saying it's Rihanna, the police have not released who the woman involved was.
Chris turned himself into a California police station last night (Sunday Evening) and made his $50,000 Bail...shocker! He was charged with one count felony criminal threats.
Both singers were scheduled to perform at last nights Grammy Awards but since Rihanna had just got the beat down and Chris was being booked they decided to skip it.

was she physically assaulted?
It says she had visible injuries but the charges don't say anything about assault or domestic abuse...seems weird to me
