More details about Usher's wife, Tameka Raymond. She's currently in a medically induced coma in Brazil.
Tameka went to Brazil for liposuction but once she was put under anesthetic she went into cardiac arrest. The doctor claims procedure is to immediately put the patient into the coma to asses any damage. This was the case with Tameka.
She spent a day in the ICU and was then moved to a larger hospital, she's now doing well.
Apparently doctors disagree about the amount of time someone has to wait for abdominal surgery after pregnancy some say two months (the amount of time Tameka waited) some say three because of "the distension and inflammation of the abdomen/uterus due to pregnancy".
