Amy Winehouse "escaped" from the hospital and went to the recording studio, then a friends house for drinks. She later returned to the hospital where she's receiving on going treatment for being cracked.
The top pic is her at the beginning of the night and the bottom I assume is her all dressed up, note the stains on the pants, it's a real staple on the runways this season.

it must be so hard to be family members of someone who is spiralling out of control and there is absolutley nothing you can do
Brit's dad did something but maybe the laws are different in England. She so needs help. I love her music.
