The shot that killed Mark Ruffalo's brother Scott was self inflicted. The suspects in custody were released as it became clear that Scott was playing Russian Roulett.
His family released a statement thanking people for the support.
"Mark Ruffalo and his family deeply appreciate the outpouring of prayers and
support during this most difficult time of the passing of Scott Ruffalo, beloved
son, brother and husband,"
They also said the funeral will be private.
