Whitney Port grabbed some lunch with a friend in The West Village yesterday, sitting down it just looks like she's wearing a skirt, not a nice skirt but just a plain old long skirt.
Then...wait a minute, nope they're pants. Tye dye, bell bottom, track pants.
She still didn't top those shorts though...they were the winner of the worst in all the land...
