My excitement about the news of Zac Efron leaving the Footloose project was short lived.
Chase Crawford is rumored to be replacing Zac in the remake of Footloose.
Apparently just not making it at all was not an option.

I was contacted but this GD year end is killing me. I would have went. I can do that scene in the old train yard where he dances on his car to a tee....been working on it for years.
OMG I have a routine as well....
He is not as pretty as Zac but almost.
I hope that they don't do this. I liked Chris Penn in the movie. SJP doesn't even look like the same person. Kevin Bacon is still hot.
