DJ AM is seeking 20 million dollars in damages inflicted by his plane crash last year.
$10 million is for medical bills and loss of income and the other $10 million is mental and physical pain and suffering.
There's no way anyone can say he doesn't deserve this, he was one of two people that survived a plane crash, there's no way to mentally get over that, never mind the physical trauma to his body.
