It's like a GD Simpson Sister bonanza here today.
The Hollywood Reporter's claiming that Ashlee Simpson will be the lead in the Melrose Place spinoff.
Ashlee will play Violet "a bright-eyed but shrewd small-town girl and recent L.A. transplant who has come to town with a secret."
I guess they should start planning the wrap up party now then.
