The American Beverage Institute is using the newest celebrity trend, the DUI, to prove their point. They say that the installation of ignition interlock devices in all American vehicles is not the way to go.
Ignition interlocks, or in-car breathalyzers, are a great tool for getting hard-core drunk drivers off our roads. However, activists now want to put one in every car in America. That means the end of moderate and responsible drinking prior to driving…No more champagne toasts at weddings, no more wine with dinner, no more beers at a ballgame.
Let’s stop drunk driving without eliminating our traditions.

What do you think? Should these things be mandatory?
In other Lindsay Lohan news she has begun filming her episodes for Ugly Betty, she plays a troubled friend of Betty's from high school. Her rep has confirmed that she will be in multiple episodes.

I'm all for it - can it not be that you can't start the ignition if you're over the limit as opposed to when you have just one drink? Or is it all or nothing?
It sounds like it's all or nothing according to this group.
IT does sound like all or nothing..I am mixed here but I do think that too many ppl jump behind the wheel of the car with one too many..I am not innocent here which is scary...but then again a beer or two later I am 100% fine so should I not be able to drive..I'm torn
LOL - Jana I know what you're meaning but it totally sounds like you're saying a beer or two after you've had one too many makes you ok to drive.
