Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are back in France, this time in Cannes. No Lindsay doesn't have a film premiering there, unless Herby Fully Loaded has been released with out my knowledge.
She is hitting the party's though, below her and Samantha are seen leaving P Diddy's yacht hand in hand last night.
