Nicole Richie was shopping in Beverly Hills with her dog when he left a little surprise on a designer dress.
The worst part is she left without acknowledging what had just happened. Homie didn't even offer to buy the dress!
Seriously, why have so much money if you can't buy a dress your dog just relieved himself on. If it was me I would have booked it for sure but she's rich, no excuses.
