Britney took her rats nest, her three toned, fur trimmed top, and her ruby red lipstick out to diner. She should have stayed home, 'cause homegirl's got a date with some detangler.

I can't believe anyone would let her out looking like this. It's a shame. Shouldn't they hire her a personal dresser or something. She has enough money. Maybe they should start a garanimal line for celebrities who are nuts and include the makeup/shoes too?
