A doctor sent the police to Heather Locklear's home after a phone call he had with the actress. He claims:
"I have a patient and I have feeling she's suicidal."

Her rep claims everything was blown out of proportion.
"She was talking to a friend. She was bummed about something, and the person overreacted. Heather's doing great. [Her 10-year-old daughter] Ava's good, Jack's good, she's working – she seems really happy."
So the news is that Heather's depressed.
