Baron Hilton was driving this morning at 8:30am when he hit a garage worker just outside a gas station. He claims “I was knocked to the ground. The Mercedes lost control as it was turning into the gas station and Barron got out of the car and he was totally drunk and couldn’t walk straight.” He was not hurt.
Hilton blew a .14 on his roadside breathalizer, almost two times the legal limit in California. This limit is set for drivers over the age of 21, since Baron's 18 any amount of alcohol in the system is enough for them to be considered legally drunk.
Baron's father Conrad Hilton released this statement to TMZ:
"I haven't been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say -- but it will be to my son, not the media."
