Mix 99.9 is haveing it's sick kids Radioathon as we speak and it's a great way to give to the kids.
I was listening for 1 minute in the car this morning and I got teared up. Sick kids is an amazing hospital and you never know when you or someone you know might need it for their kids.

I really wish I were in a position to do something here. The stories are heartbreaking and joyous at the same time....I can't anymore.
OMG I am in tears all the time over their stories..I was trying to retell one to Liza and I had to stop because the tears were flowing..

For Maya's Christening we subsribed her to a monthly pledge to Sick Kids and she gets a little postcard in the mail every so often with a picture of a child and their story on the back - sad stuff but it's nice that Maya can have something to show what her gift does.
That's an excellent idea Melissa. I think I would want to do something like that. I told Jennifer you weren't a bitch and were actually kind of sweet....She still doesn't belive me, oh man she can't stand you;)
A lot of people can't stand me - she's gotta come up with a whole lot better than that to phase me.
But seriously, you don't want to know what she's saying about you-actually I'm surprised she even gave you the time of day to tell you she can't stand me - maybe she's warming up to you.
