Wynonna Judd's husband Daniel Roach has been arrested and charged with three counts of sexual assault on a minor. He was arrested on March 22nd but it's just hitting the net today.
Wynonna has filled for divorce and released this staement:
"I am obviously devastated," said Judd. "Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully - by the Grace of God - become stronger. We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation,"

Shitty. Although, is she not even going to wait around to see if he is guilty??
I'm sure she has reason to believe he's guily if she left so fast.
I'd be out the door after an accusation as well..but I agree with Julie there is probably some hard core evidence that made her leave..

Wow, quite the response. For the record I agree with all of you but what if it comes out that he didn't do anything?? What happens then?
Usually where there is smoke there is fire..Three counts of sexual assualt on a minor..charged and arrested as well not suspicious of..the writing is on the wall..
