I think it's for a role. Either that or things are slow in Hollywood and she has had to take up a part time job as a maid....OMG maybe it's a movie where she's a maid that cleans your room and more;) I AM IN.

And I don't think it looks that bad actually. I prefer the darker hair as it is more to my liking but I think she looks alright.
