Demi Moore just Twittered (or whatevah the hell word means uploaded...tweet, twat, tweek) this picture. It's her at the dentist with no front tooth, the caption read:

"Keeping it real!"

I keep it real all the damn time and I can't support this carry on . It's too real, maybe a pic with no make up or something, not no tooth. There's things that should be left between you and your dentist.
