Ty Pennignton has officially been charged with DUI.
"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition host Ty Pennington was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor drunken driving.
Pennington's blood-alcohol level was .14 percent – well above the state's legal limit of .08 percent, says Los Angeles City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan. "
Usually when I hear stories like this I think shitty maybe they just had a beer and then drove home. But 0.14%.....
