Saved By The Bell Days. The simpler time. The days when I would wake up on Saturday morning sans hangover and tune in to see the gangs weekly scams. So whatever happened to Lisa Turtle (Lark Voorhies) after the troops were no longer "Saved By The Bell?"
"She has continued to act in various roles since then such as In the House, in which she played the girlfriend-turned-wife of Alfonso Ribeiro’s (Carlton Banks) character (Maxwell Stanton). Her latest project is a movie adaptation of the book "The Black Man’s Guide to Understanding Black Women".
The National Enquirer also published a story in May 2006 saying that Lark Voorhies was addicted to cocaine that lead her to lose several acting jobs. She later sued claiming the story was false.
Facts about Lark: She dated Mark Paul Goslear (Zack Morris) during filming of the show. She is also a devout Jehovah's Witness, this caused problems post SBTB while filming love scenes in "Bold and The Beautiful" and "Days of our Lives".
