Lead singer of "Creed" Scott Stapp was arrested in his home in Boca Raton for alleged assault.
The police say no one was deathly injured but there was signs an assault had occurred. They also would not release whether or not the victim was his wife, Miss New York, Jaclyn Nesheiwat.
