It's not very often that you find a bad picture of Heather Locklear, but obviously surfing is the activity that brings out the worst in her. Maybe fresh water deactivates all the botox...who knows.
She'd better give it up before people start confusing her for the Plastic Surgery Obsessed Cat Lady.
