Rob Lowe filled a preemptive law suit against a former Nanny who he claimed was spreading false statements about the actor and his wife Sheryl. Lowe claims "a former employee is demanding my wife, Sheryl, and I pay her 1.5 million dollars by the end of the week or she will accuse us both of a vicious laundry list of false terribles."
He wrote an article to The Huffington Post saying the woman was out to destroy his family's reputation. "My family is devastated at this betrayal; this woman worked in our home and traveled with us off and on for seven years, without complaint,"
The Nanny, Jessica Gibson, went ahead with her lawsuit and here are some of the claims:
- "Sheryl, 46, claiming Lowe's wife would walk around the house naked, make vulgar comments, and would discuss her sex life with Lowe to the nanny. "
- Lowe "repeatedly exposed himself and inappropriately touched her. "
- Lowe "placed his hand inside Gibson's pants" several times from about Sept. 2005 to around Jan. 2008. "
- Lowe "grabbed her buttocks without her consent around Dec. 2007,"
Even if this did happen she totally screwed herself by asking for money before she filled her lawsuit. Let's hope she got something on tape or a credible witness.

Now why didn't the women just quit and file a lawsuit right at the beginning? I mean it says from 05-08..why the hold-up??
She said she needed a job and was scared, she must have been thinking about his outsiders days
