Jennifer Aniston is starting up her own film company called Echo Films. She will mostly be turning books into movies, much like what she's filming now Marley & Me.
"They've acquired screen rights to Jane Fallon's British bestseller Getting Rid of Matthew about a high-level publicist who has an affair with a married man with kids, only to fall for the man's son.
They're also adapting the novel The Divorce Party about a husband and wife who announce they're splitting at a bash celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary.
Aniston will also headline The Goree Girls, based on a Texas Monthly article about a falsely convicted woman who starts one of America's first all-female bands.
Most films will star Jennifer. As much as Jennifer is huge in the rags, she's not exactly box office gold so we'll see how this pans out.
