Kevin Federline and his attorney have arrived at court (on time) but there's still no sign of Miss. Brit.
UPDATE
People Mag claims they have a source that says Britney's not coming to the hearing. Even though her lawyers told her it was better she be present Brit's choosing to stay away. This hearing is the only chance Britney has to regain custody of her kids before the trial begins in April. So you can see why it was imperative she make it.

she is killing me! she is like a bad train wreck i don't want to listen or care but i can;t help it
i really hope she doesn't end her life soon to "prove" to everyone how much loves her children when all she has to do is make it to some court dates...i agree with eva's comment a while back that that is what she is going to do
