Commissioner Scott Gordon has decided to let Britney have contact with her boys...but only by phone.
"(Spears) is to have telephonic contact with the minor children," Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled at last week's hearing. "All prior orders remain in full force and effect."

Understandable. A grandma's gotta get some time with the grand kids.
In other other Britney news Sam Lutfi has contacted Barbara Walters and said that Britney's mental illness is treatable and she's started seeing a shrink. She also said that Britney is in contact with her mother so maybe Lynn Spears will be hitting up Casa Brit at some point during her trip to L.A.
