New York Daily News has released who they deem the 50 Dumbest People In Hollywood. Coming in at number one: Lindsay Lohan, for obvious reasons of course.

I can agree with this, but where's Paris? After the whole DUI, driving without a license, Jail time debacle I though she would have hit the list. If not for those reasons then at least just for the fact that she's Paris Hilton.
