Lindsay Lohan was spotted with Britney's almost Baby daddy JR Rotem. These two together have the STD power to wipe out a small country.
I assume the two are together because we the people are going to be subject to yet another Lindsay Lohan Album, I know it's painful but try to keep it together. Being as Scrotum is a Producer it explains the union.
