A lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan will go forward in Los Angeles. A busboy is filling for $200,000 worth or damages after Lindsay collided with his Van in LA in 2005.
In other Lohan news, she will have to complete community service and turns out a part of that is to visit a morgue.
