Remember that little hit and run a couple of months ago?
Britney was charged with one count of Hit and Run and one count of Driving without a valid California Licence.
The whole thing was caught on tape and with the amount of pictures that the paparazzi can put forth, she's screwed.

Ultimately I feel bad for her but can't help but "point and laugh" (as Julie would say) when she puts herself out there for all to see.
Go home, be with your kids, clean up and come back in a year or two in a fierce way is what I think she should do.
DEF! There's no way anyone's gonna beleive she's changed overnight. She has to have a hiatus.
