Lindsay Lohan has been spotted in Orem, Utah. She was headed to the Beaches Tanning Center with an unknown woman.
Poor little town doesn't know what's about to hit them. Now that's it's confirmed that she's there I'm sure it will be crawling with hungry photogs.
