Britney Spears was spotted leaving the LA restaurant Koi and headed to the Roosevelt Hotel's Tropicanna bar for some good ole partying.
She was also spotted leaving a tanning salon. Her hair is the most horrible thing I have seen since Hammer Pants. You would think, with all that money she could find a good hairdresser. She probably makes Alli do it with Elmer's Glue.
