They really should have waiting for the kid to lose her conehead before inviting the camera crew over, or at least put a hat on he kid.
Overall she looks happy and the baby's healthy, labour was easy as pie and motherhood is a "workout". Blah blah blah...give it a few weeks and she'll be in Britneyville chasing her Xanax with Jim Beam.
