Brad Pitt has released a warning to smokinggun.com through his lawyer stating that legal action will be taken if media outlets publish photos of the family taken while on their property. He's talking about the pics of the family chilling in the backyard and golf carting through their property.
"The images, Pitt's lawyer contends, were "surreptitiously" taken by
paparazzi with "highly powerful telephoto lenses," and, if published, would
violate the star's privacy rights. The photos show "Pitt and his family as they
engaged in familial activities on private property,"
Now this I can understand, they are on their property behind gates, this is where privacy is expected. Not like Sienna Miller who just strips in the middle of the ocean and thinks people won't sell those pics.
