Just last week Denise Richards called for an emergency hearing and it was all top secret what kind of evidence she said she had that could prove Charlie was doing something to her kids that was causing emotional damage.
Well turns out Denise presented the court video of the two kids, Sam and Lola "supposedly acting in strange and disturbing ways". She basically went on to accuse Charlie of Molesting the kids.
Sheen's lawyer managed to have the evidence thrown out and presented video of the girls acting normal at Sheen's house.
Well Charlie's Pissed and he plans on suing Denise over the false accusations and he wants full custody of Sam and Lola.
"Sheen feels Richards has defamed him, especially after she denied
sending [current wife] Brooke an e-mail in which she claims to want his sperm
for another child. Richards says the e-mail is a fake. Sheen claims he has the
e-mail and is getting forensic computer geeks to verify its authenticity.
"Charlie has now been forced to take a stand and do what's best for
the girls," our insider said. Reps for Richards and Sheen declined comment.

This is getting out of control. Sadly because Denise has done everything in her power to get Charlie's rights to the kids revoked this molestation accusation sounds outlandish, but what if it's true? What if this is not just an attempt to pull his visitations and her kids are actually being abused?
