TMZ says Denise Richards strolled into court today and requested an emergency order restricting Charlie from seeing their kids.
Denise's lawyer, Neal Hersh, told the judge that there is a "serious issue" at Charlies house, damage that will cause psychological damage to the kids and Denise wants a professional to evaluate things before they can go back.
Hersh told TMZ outside court, "These are serious issues regarding the
children. I would hope we will be graced by Charlie Sheen's presence in court on
Monday -- if he takes these matters seriously regarding his children, like
Denise does."
I wonder what it is?
The only thing that's coming to my mind that would cause damage to the kids is Scary Movie, or maybe Loaded Weapon 1?

yeah but drugs would be a physical harm to them this was psychological damage...it has to be something weirder than drugs
