Kevin Federline's bodyguards arrived at Britney's Studio City home last night at around 8pm to pick up Sean P and Jayden but Britney refused to let the children go. The police were called and within a couple of minutes there was a firestorm outside Britney's home. Paramedics were inside the house for over 30 minutes and they confirmed that Britney was "under the influence".
Britney was wheeled out of her home (click here for video) on a gurney and taken to Cedar Sinai Hospital, she is currently on medical hold while they figure out what Britney is on.
TMZ claims that two ambulances left Britney's home last night. One carrying Britney and one carrying Jayden James (see second pic). No word on what the two year old is being treated for.
