Lindsay Lohan was arrested for driving under the influence in Santa Monica earlier this morning. She is reported to have had a blood alcohol level of .12 to .13 (legal limit .08) and to have had a substantial amount of cocaine in her pants pocket.
Lindsay will be charged with DUI, Possession, driving under a suspended license and transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility.
She's still in jail and bail is set for $25,000.

Well at least she is of age this time around..and I so thought that she had cleaned up her act in rehab...
