Nicole Richie pleaded no contest to the charges against her and was sentenced to 4 days in prison. She got credit for the fifth day because of her 6 hours served at the time of arrest.
Her time must be served by September 28th. Richie was also give a $2,048 fine and ordered to go to a 21 day alcohol education course.
She looks good though, unfortunately Joel Madden still looks like BIG LOSER.
