X17 Photogs caught Ryan Philipe with a new chick the other day. Her name is Nikky Reed and she was in the acclaimed movie "Thirteen". She's 18 years old. She's obviously taking advice from her "Thirteen" co-star Evan Rachel Wood who's dating the much older Marilynn Manson.
