"Federline, 28, and his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, are scheduled to appear at a downtown Los Angeles courthouse Thursday for an emergency hearing in family law court, Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini told the AP.
It was not known what issue Federline plans to raise, but Spears, 25, is not expected to appear. "Our best information is he will be here; she won't," Parachini said. "But anything is possible."
Whatevah! resident kinda expert Ms. P seems to think that the most Mr. Federline can get is joint custody. If Britney wants to fight for her children he's screwed on the sole custody battle. The children are obviously getting good care from the nannies and want for nothing financially. We'll see...

Yeah he's gonna come out smelling like roses after this is over.
They could also question her use-and request urine-but I doubt that Britney would have any problem getting aclean sample from somewhere-if she did test positive for drugs though, she'd have to clean up her act real fast.
