Lindsay Lohan's first lesbian love was not Samantha Ronson but in fact Courtenay Semel.
The two met in 2006, after a stint in rehab for Lindsay, and hooked up throughout the following year. Courtenay's friend speaks to News Of The World.
“At the time she was terrified her career would be over if she revealed her
sexual tendencies. Both of them would do lines of cocaine in the toilets then
head home and fall into bed together. "
A friend said all this so it may be as true as Elvis still walking around Florida somewhere.
Courtenay's now dating The Queen of Gonorrhea, Tila Tequila.
