Hillary Duff's dad, Bob Duff, is heading to the big house. Her parents recently divorced and her mom took him to court to ask him for money to pay half of the amount for Hilary Duff's 21st birthday party, the amount being $25,000.
For 25 G's I hope there's strippers, or monkeys as waiters or something.
The judge eventually ordered him to pay 12,500 but he also sent him to the slammer. He was arrested for contempt after the judge says he violated an order and sold assets without the consent of his wife.
