Celebrity Babylon found out that these pictures of Lindsay Lohan and Vanessa Minnillo were stolen right from Lindsay's car while she was having lunch.
"Those photos were stolen by a paparazzi when Lindsay went to The Ivy for lunch,” says our snitch, who worked, until very recently, for the agency distributing and profiting from the stolen photos, X17. The insider tells Celebrity Babylon EXCLUSIVELY, “[The photog] waited until the valet parked her car [the infamous Mercedes convertible] and then reached inside, took her camera that was just laying on the seat, downloaded the photos on to his laptop hard drive, and put the camera back. By the time the valet brought Lindsay’s car around, everything was just the way it was when she got out, and she had no clue what had happened.”
I'm sure it's true, I wouldn't put it past them to steal to make money but I find it hard to believe no one got a shot of this. But Lindsay's rep released this statement which kinda backs up the story:
"Unfortunately, we live in a society where we allow stolen pictures to make a profit. I can't believe magazines would purchase and publish stolen, personal photos. If anyone wants to step up to the plate and donate the profits from their sale, we would be happy to point you in the direction of a charity in need."
Blah blah blah...lock your car. Or even put the top up. Not saying it's her fault but just pointing out the common sense solution
