Nicole Richie's trial date has been set for July 11th. the trial will be regarding her DUI charge of last December where Richie was found driving the wrong way on the freeway. Because this is her second DUI charge Ms. Richie could face up to a year in jail.
Doesn't matter because if she's preggers she's not going to jail. I know it happens to people everyday but it wont happen to her. Her lawyer seems to think it wont even go to trial, he says, "Just because it is set for trial that does not mean we are going to trial. We are still discussing things and we are still looking at the case."

That's exactly what I was thinking...Paris drove with a suspended liscence this one was going the wrong freakin way on a free way
How glad the kid will be to know that they were only conceived to keep moma out of jail..nothing says love like that
